Sweet Tree Farm specializes in maple syrup and honey production using current and traditional best practices. We embrace family connections, high-quality food production and maintaining our natural heritage.
Located in the heart of Maine on 40 acres of predominantly hardwood forest, we produce traditionally processed maple syrup which is evaporated over a fire, not through reverse osmosis. This provides us with a rich, dark maple syrup that is thick and sweet, unlike other commercial maple syrups which tend to be light, thin and mildly flavored.
In addition, we have a small apiary where our bees produce tasty honey from large berry patches, gardens and other wild flora. Honey is extracted without use of heat and unfiltered to maintain the raw qualities that are valuable to health. It is as close as you can get to taking it straight from the hive.
